My textile practice explores the intersection between traditional textile technologies and narrative languages, creating body artifacts or points of con-tact for movement. I have collaborated in the creation of pieces for contemporary dance, film, and performance, and have participated in exhibitions and installation-based shows in Chile and Barcelona, including “In-material” (group exhibition, Artesanías Catalunya, 2017), “Decabeza” (solo show, Museo de Historia Natural de Valparaíso, 2019), and “Microscopía”, an ongoing project that explores the creation of a tactile (autoethnographic) archive of my becoming as a weaver —an installation and performative assemblage conceived as both ritual and container of the reflections, methodologies, and research that orbit and traverse my practice.
